The support of numerous beneficiary foundations enables the Elbphilharmonie to realise innovative concert and music education projects that reach people of all generations and set benchmarks in the international music scene.
The Claussen-Simon-Foundation supports talented young people in the areas of university and academia, school and education as well as arts and culture. With our Claussen-Simon-Composition-Award, we facilitate an aspiring composer, in collaboration with the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, to compose a new work for full orchestra and first perform it at the Elbphilharmonie.
Die in 1992 gegründete Cyril & Jutta Palmer Stiftung förderte in der Laeiszhalle mehrere Konzertreihen (Solisten in der Musikhalle, Rising Stars, Ensemble Resonanz und Teatime Classics). Z.Zt. ermöglicht sie in der Laeiszhalle die Reihe Teatime Classics und in der Elbphilharmonie Pianomania.
The Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation promotes contemporary music around the world and is delighted to be supporting the Visions festival this season, which provides an excellent platform for the current music scene.
At the Elbphilharmonie, the G. u. L. Powalla Bunny's Foundation Hamburg supports matters close to the heart of the benefactor couple: good music and the outstanding landmark of the Hanseatic city. Since the adventurous Powallas have also travelled »Around the World«, the foundation promotes the subscription series of the same name.
Die Hans-Otto und Engelke Schümann Stiftung ermöglicht bereits seit 2007 mit ihren großzügigen Zuwendungen eine erstklassige Ausstattung des Kleinen Saales der Elbphilharmonie.
Die Haspa Musik Stiftung hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, nachhaltig zur Entwicklung Hamburgs als Musikstadt beizutragen. Deshalb fördert sie auch Projekte in der Elbphilharmonie und unterstützt zur Saison 2019/20 die »Lange Nacht des Singens« und die Konzertreihe »Made in Hamburg«.
Die Hubertus Wald Stiftung setzt sich seit über 25 Jahren auch dafür ein, Kindern ein qualitätsvolles musikalisches Programm anzubieten und Kinder auch für klassische Musik zu begeistern. Deswegen fördert sie aus Überzeugung den Bereich »Klassiko« der Instrumentenwelt.
Founded in 2005, the K.S. Fischer-Stiftung is particularly committed to supporting young people. To this day, the foundation's commitment is fuelled by the founder's enthusiasm for the Elbphilharmonie.
Mit der Gründung des Körber Fonds »ZukunftsMusik« im Jahr 2006 begann das Engagement der Körber-Stiftung, das auch weiterhin gesellschaftlich relevante Projekte rund um die Elbphilharmonie ermöglichen wird.
Mit ihrem großen Interesse und Engagement für die Musikvermittlungsangebote begleitet die Mara und Holger Cassens Stiftung Laeiszhalle und Elbphilharmonie schon seit 2011.
